POSITION: PERSONAL PROGRESSION PLAN CO-ORDINATOR
REPORTING TO THE Project Lead
LOCATION: Carndonagh
The Personal Progression Plan manager will guide up to **Apply on the
website** people with disabilities through the range of activities and
programmes within the Spraoi Workability Empowerment Programme (SWEP)
Spraoi agus Spórt on a day-to-day basis.
They will be responsible for liaising with the service users and
assisting them to access the training, supports, job opportunities,
and in job support that SWEP offers. People with disabilities are
defined as persons with long-term physical, mental, intellectual, or
sensory impairments. Partnership with service users, statutory groups,
tutors, facilitators, training institutions, and other staff team
members is expected. The Personal Progression Plan Manager will be
accountable to the Project Coordinator.
The role is for * hours per week, and we
